Grant Valley

I'm a Division I sprinter at the University of Oregon competing in the 100m, 200m, and 4×100 relay. I grew up in the Portland metro area — I went to Jesuit High School, set state records, and earned a D1 scholarship. Now I bring that same level of training back home to the athletes who deserve it.

Speed is a skill. It can be taught, developed, and maximized regardless of age or experience. My goal is to give every athlete a real blueprint: the technique, the mindset, and the work ethic to run faster than they thought possible.

Coaching philosophy

Speed is for everyone

Every session at 503 Sprints is built around what you need — whether that's acceleration mechanics, top-end velocity, block work, or race-day preparation. No cookie-cutter workouts. No wasted reps.

I've trained under some of the best sprint coaches in the country, and I bring those methods to every athlete I work with — adapted for where they are right now and focused on where they want to go.
