When you contact us, book a session, or complete a waiver, we may collect:

• Full name of the athlete and parent/guardian
• Email address and phone number
• Athlete grade level and date of birth
• Parent or guardian name and relationship (required for athletes under 18)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

2. How We Collect It

• Contact form — messages submitted through our website
• Cal.com booking — scheduling and session details entered during booking
• Analytics — aggregate, anonymized usage data collected via Google Analytics

3. Why We Collect It

• Scheduling — to confirm, manage, and follow up on session bookings
• Communication — to respond to inquiries and send session reminders
• Payment processing — to collect fees securely at the time of booking
• Safety — to maintain records needed for the health and safety of athletes

We use the following third-party services that may process your data under their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are an active client. After the client relationship ends, we keep records as required by applicable tax and legal obligations (generally seven years for financial records under Oregon law). You may request earlier deletion where not prohibited by law.

• Access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Deletion — you may request that we delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements

7. Children’s Data

Most of our clients are minors (athletes in grades 6–12). All bookings and liability waivers for minors are completed by a parent or guardian. We collect only the parent or guardian’s contact information on behalf of minor athletes — we do not collect personal contact information directly from minors, and we do not knowingly market to children.

8. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and anonymized — it is not linked to your name or contact information. You may disable cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
